By enrolling in the OnDemand Healthcare $6,000 Year Savings Offer, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Offer Eligibility

  • Applicable only to newly added clients.
  • Existing customers or previously registered agencies are not eligible.
  • Valid only upon successful onboarding and platform activation.

2. Offer Value & Duration

  • Total promotional value: $6,000
  • Capped at $500 per month for 12 months
  • Unused value expires after 12 months

3. Usage Terms
